As a Food and Beverage Assistant for the Weetwood Hall you will be responsible for the following tasks;

To provide food and drink service across restaurants, bars and functions
To provide a warm welcome to all guests and ensure they receive excellent quality of service when in any of the F&B outlets and throughout the hotel
Ensure compliance with regard to food hygiene and hotel food and beverage systems in line with the company Food Policy & current legislation
Ensure cleaning checklists are completed
Complete all statutory training within set timelines
Operate the hotel’s EPOS systems and to be fully conversant on till systems.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties as directed by supervisor/management
Maximising sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling and achieving add-on sales

Essential Skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Well presented and flexible attitude
• Able to work to agreed departmental standards
• Customer focused with a bubbly personality
