Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a Deputy General Manager to support the GM in leading operations and ensuring excellent guest experiences and team performance across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the GM in overseeing daily operations and business performance
• Act as second-in-command and property lead in the GM’s absence
• Drive operational efficiency and service quality across all departments
• Support budget control and financial reporting
• Lead on guest complaint resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop department leaders through coaching and mentorship
• Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction, team engagement, and revenue metrics
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and revenue teams on commercial activities
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and brand standards
