Following a multi-million pound refurbishment, Dalhousie Castle is entering a landmark new chapter. This extensive investment has transformed the guest experience, introducing:

At the heart of this exciting transformation is The Ramsay, our signature dining room and the centrepiece of the castle’s culinary offering. The Ramsay is an elegant all-day dining restaurant, delivering a seamless guest experience from luxury breakfast service through to a vibrant Seafood & Grill restaurant in the evening. Our menus celebrate the very best of Scottish produce, showcasing locally sourced seafood, premium meats, and seasonal ingredients with a contemporary approach to classic hospitality.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Dalhousie Castle as we reposition ourselves at the forefront of luxury hospitality. This is a pivotal and inspiring time to become part of our journey as we elevate our guest experience and redefine exceptional service within one of Scotland’s most iconic castle hotels.

We are currently recruiting Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team within The Ramsay. This role will support our all-day dining operation, with shift patterns varying between morning breakfast service and evening dinner. From welcoming guests for a refined breakfast to supporting the atmosphere of our evening Seafood & Grill dining experience, you will help create memorable moments for every guest who dines with us.

We are seeking individuals with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality, who thrive in a detail-orientated environment and take pride in exceeding expectations.

Ideal candidates may have experience within a luxury hospitality environment; however, we are equally open to individuals looking to begin their first role within luxury hospitality, provided they demonstrate the drive, commitment, and attention to detail required to succeed at this level.
