About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the spa reception.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome spa guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage spa bookings, appointments and enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming and well organised
- Process payments and handle spa retail sales
- Provide guests with information about spa treatments, facilities and products
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure appointments run smoothly and on time
- Manage daily schedules and update booking systems
- Support the Spa Manager with administrative tasks when required
- Ensure high standards of guest service and confidentiality are maintained at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, or spa environment is desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident using booking systems and basic computer software
- A friendly, professional and calm approach
- Ability to work well as part of a team
