We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong service skills and a passion for team development and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accountability for all restaurant operations
- Control expenditure within restaurant outlets
- Take accountability for achieving budgeted cost of sales in Food and Beverage
- Identify and act upon opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs within restaurants outlets
- Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- To be aware of all local events, all local competitors and to ensure that our restaurant operation and product remains the market leader
- Manage the day-to-day operation of restaurant outlets
- Deal with customer complaints ensuring effective outcomes
