We’re looking for a passionate chef who can deliver high-quality breakfasts with energy, consistency and attention to detail. From match days to busy hotel mornings, you’ll play a key role in creating a fantastic guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard
• Setting up and maintaining an organised breakfast service
• Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Managing stock rotation and food preparation
• Supporting the wider kitchen brigade during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• Reliable, punctual and passionate about quality food
• A positive team player with a strong work ethic
