Job Description

The Role


As Senior Sous Chef for our Meeting and Events Function, you will support the Head Chef in leading a fast-paced kitchen operation across restaurant service, events, and matchdays.
You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality while leading and developing the brigade.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead service and run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and standards
• Manage and train junior chefs
• Assist in menu development and seasonal changes
• Maintain food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
• Control stock, GP, and minimise waste
