THE ROLE

As a Product Development & Production Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind bringing our Ready to Wear (Wovens) and Leather Apparel. You'll take these creations from their initial concept and guide them through to production delivery with finesse.


WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

● Provide indispensable administrative support in the following product domains: All Woven/Leather RTW categories.
● Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments to ensure the flawless execution of our product development and production calendar.
● Actively engage in weekly product development and production meetings alongside cross-functional team members and departments.
● Meticulously input and maintain department information and updates in our company systems
● Be the linchpin connecting factories and cross-functional departments, following up with them as needed.
● Take charge of requesting and meticulously tracking all samples, from Protos to TOPs.
● Create, revise, and deftly manage sample orders, expertly monitoring their transmission to factories and ensuring timely delivery.
● Be the gatekeeper and creator of purchase orders, handling data entry and maintaining records with precision.
● Review Work In Progress (WIP) reports to uphold the timeliness of production deliveries.
● Lend your expertise to update cost sheets as required, such as quantity adjustments and style number checks.
● Maintain a daily line of communication with overseas vendors, following the guidance of the Manager, and facilitating aspects of development, production, and delivery.
● Assist in the procurement and diligent tracking of all raw materials, including fabrics and trims at the sampling and bulk stages
● Assist in approval of sample and bulk materials

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?


● Possess a foundational understanding of garment development and construction, leathers, and woven fabrics.
● Ability to oversee multiple product categories with overlapping timelines in a fast-paced environment.
● Showcase exceptional communication skills and a knack for creative problem-solving.
● Operate with the utmost integrity and a sense of urgency, driven by deadlines and the allure of new challenges.

EXPERIENCE


● A minimum of 2+ years of pertinent experience within the fashion industry.
● Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
