Sous Chef

£35,000 per annum

Location: London

Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours

Key responsibilities

  • being able working on their own, directing food preparation
  • perfect knowladge of F&S, PPDS and allergens
  • creativity in the design of food and drinks
  • assisting in menu planning
  • ensuring quality of presentation
  • stock taking
  • good ordering and wastage practice
  • self motivation
