Vending Operator

£13.50 per hour

Location: Catlin Group (Catering Services)

Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour

Working pattern: Monday to Friday - 40h per week

You will be:

  • Able to work unsupervised and manage your schedule
  • Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of customers and the management team
  • A great team player with exceptional communication skills
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Have great organisational skills

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all vending machines are cleaned and filled and are ready for service at all times, and that all vending food service areas are clean, attractive and tidily presented.
  • Where necessary place all required disposables and condiments into the machines for the customer’s use.
  • Ensure that that readings and stock movements for each machine are accurately recorded.
  • Complete all requested records and documentation accurately and clearly.
  • Liaise with the General Manager on all faults and service delivery issues daily ensuring that offline machines are serviced and available for customers to use as quickly as possible.
  • Report any losses of stock to the General Manager.
  • Keep service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
  • Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply with cleaning schedules.
  • Support the Cafe and Restaurant team when necessary as per business needs.
