We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver memorable dining experiences through innovative and consistent cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and food production
  • Design seasonal menus and ensure quality control
  • Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team
  • Manage kitchen budgets, stock levels, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards are upheld
  • Drive innovation and standards across food offerings
  • Lead service and maintain strong communication with FOH
  • Analyse food costings and control waste
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating kitchen environment
