Sales and Marketing Executive
7H is a dynamic hotel operational and asset management company with a fast-growing portfolio of hospitality assets throughout the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Sales and Marketing Executive to provide essential support across our expanding hotel group. The core focus of this dynamic role is to provide proactive, hands-on assistance to central leadership and on-site hotel teams, ensuring the seamless execution of all commercial strategies.
Role Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s portfolio of hotels. The role involves creating engaging content, coordinating digital and offline campaigns, managing social media presence, and supporting brand growth to drive occupancy, revenue, and customer loyalty across all properties. This role is based in our 7H Head Office, in Perth. However, this role can be fulfilled on a hybrid work basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Support: Assist in the development, coordination, and tracking of group-wide marketing plans and campaign calendars, ensuring all initiatives align with brand standards and commercial objectives.
- Sales Enablement & Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and sales data compilation to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and provide actionable intelligence to the sales teams.
- Hotel Team Liaison & Implementation: Serve as a key point of contact for individual hotel teams, supporting them directly in implementing centrally-driven marketing initiatives, distributing marketing materials, and tracking local performance metrics.
- Administrative & Project Coordination: Manage administrative tasks related to the marketing and sales function, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring all project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
About You:
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience in hospitality).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, with some knowledge of social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Good writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential.
