Hospitality Assistant

We are excited to be recruiting for a Front of House Assistant based at Royal Academy of Engineering. We are looking for someone to work 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
• Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
• To set up rooms and service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
• Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
• Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
• Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful and friendly manner providing assistance where necessary in line with the CH&CO style.
• Provide information to customers about the food and make recommendations.
• Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer service.
