Events & Hospitality Supervisor

We are excited to be recruiting for a Events & Hospitality Supervisor based at I Mech E (Instution of Mechanichal Engineers).

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and management of events
• Running the events in accordance with client requirements
• Problem solving
• Conduct full briefings to all staff regarding events, detailing food and food service standards to ensure that the staff are fully aware of the client requirements and their role in delivery
• Ensure the service is provided in a professional and timely manner
• Keep up to date with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and method
• To prepare the service areas with the necessary service equipment, crockery, serving utensils, condiments food etc. as directed
• To review booking system and implement and update all bookings etc. on a daily basis
• Assist in monthly stock take
