We are a full-service hotel operational and asset management company, offering our clients a hybrid option for their hospitality real estate investment, with Head Office based in the heart of Perth, Scotland.
Join our growing finance team as a Cluster Finance Assistant, supporting the financial processes across multiple hotel sites with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily financial operations across assigned hotel properties
- Process and reconcile multi-site accounts payable and receivable
- Consolidate weekly and monthly reporting data
- Support preparation of cluster payroll input and reconciliations
- Maintain organised records for audits and compliance
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and banking activities
- Communicate with hotel teams to resolve invoice or payment issues
- Prepare intercompany journals and reconciliations
- Support the Cluster Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and analysis
