We are a full-service hotel operational and asset management company, offering our clients a hybrid option for their hospitality real estate investment, with Head Office based in the heart of Perth, Scotland.

Join our growing finance team as a Cluster Finance Assistant, supporting the financial processes across multiple hotel sites with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily financial operations across assigned hotel properties
  • Process and reconcile multi-site accounts payable and receivable
  • Consolidate weekly and monthly reporting data
  • Support preparation of cluster payroll input and reconciliations
  • Maintain organised records for audits and compliance
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring and banking activities
  • Communicate with hotel teams to resolve invoice or payment issues
  • Prepare intercompany journals and reconciliations
  • Support the Cluster Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and analysis
