We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and overall direction across all hotel departments
  • Drive commercial performance through revenue growth and cost control
  • Foster a guest-first culture and lead by example in service excellence
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of hotel leadership team
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including owners, head office, and partners
  • Analyse financial results and implement business improvement strategies
  • Ensure operational efficiency and consistently high service delivery
  • Champion sustainability, community engagement, and brand reputation
