We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction across all hotel departments
- Drive commercial performance through revenue growth and cost control
- Foster a guest-first culture and lead by example in service excellence
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of hotel leadership team
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including owners, head office, and partners
- Analyse financial results and implement business improvement strategies
- Ensure operational efficiency and consistently high service delivery
- Champion sustainability, community engagement, and brand reputation
