ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Guest Services Executive, your key focus will be to:

• Perform check-in and check-out procedure for the guests with Langham Club access (e.g. VIPs, long stay guests and similar).
• Assist with rooming guests in line with the hotel's brand standards.
• Assist the team with Lobby duties (e.g. greet and acknowledge guests that arrive at the hotel gather in the lobby or depart the hotel).
• Assist the Reception and Concierge with ‘queue’ management.
• Assist in managing rooms allocations, rooms checks and amenities requests when required.
• Solve guest issues, complaints or requests.
• Supervise the Guest Services team on any given shift: performance manage, develop, help and ensure they have everything they need.
• Demonstrate expertise in the functionality of Shiji and Microsoft Office programmes to ensure all guest profiles are up to date, emails answered and similar.
• Maintain close communication within the department and with other hotel departments.

Do you have? -
• previous experience of working in a similar style and size property, ideally within front office or guest relations teams
• previous experience of supervision of small to medium-size teams is an advantage
• excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5* luxury environment service requirements
• excellent communication skills
• immaculate personal presentation
• hands-on, pro-active approach; taking personal responsibility and initiative to prevent or resolve problems
