Housekeeping Floor Porters

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping Department. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

As Housekeeping Porter, your key focus will be to:

  • ensure that the guest linen is checked, counted and placed on shelves in pantries as required

  • be responsible for the cleanliness of the guest corridors and linen pantries

  • assist with any furniture removal when guest rooms or public areas are being made ready for the guest arrival or regular maintenance programs

  • follow the current cleaning procedures ensuring optimum productivity

  • be responsible for the waste disposal

  • collect and hand in any lost property to the supervisor
