The E-Commerce Executive will work closely with the Head of E-Commerce to help deliver the hotel’s digital marketing strategy across online channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career to gain hands-on experience across website management and optimisation, email marketing and paid media within a world-class luxury hotel environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of E-Commerce Executive, your key focus will be to:
• Assist with the coordination and maintenance of hotel and outlet pages across all online channels
• Ensure hotel and F&B website content is kept accurate, up to date, and on-brand at all times
• Support the Head of E-Commerce in identifying opportunities to improve the digital customer journey
• Support the management of EDM calendars across hotel outlets and databases
• Assist with content planning, coordinating photography briefs and creative assets ahead of send dates
• Help build email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud under the guidance of the Head of E-Commerce
• Provide administrative and logistical support for paid media campaigns, including briefing coordination and asset trafficking
• Assist with tracking, tagging, and reporting across digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitor digital activity and report findings to the Head of E-Commerce
• Support photoshoots to help ensure creative assets are suitable for digital use
• Assist the Marketing Communications team and Social Media Manager with video content for social media where required
• Contribute to monthly reporting on digital performance across analytics platforms
• Regularly update and merchandise the in-hotel TV system

ABOUT YOU
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Some exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce, or a hospitality environment is advantageous
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team and with colleagues across departments
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is advantageous; a willingness to learn is essential
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with a desire to grow and develop within the role
• Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or the hospitality industry
