Assistant Branch Merchandiser - Womenswear

The Branch Merchandising team works closely with the several cross functional teams. We liaise with the DC teams, retail teams across stand alone stores, concessions and digital concessions, as well as production teams in order to maximise sales across the business. You would be involved in the management of intake into the business, manage store packages, new season launches and execution of Black Friday across 160 doors in the UK, EU and North America. Working within the womenswear team, you will be a crucial asset of the team providing key administrative support, building strong relationships with the brand while ensuring we are all working together to deliver our vision, as well as managing the Senior Allocator and Allocators in the team.


  • Upkeep and management of intake tracking reports.
  • Assist the Merchandiser in reviewing and updating sales and stock forecasts during key trading times.
  • Contribute to weekly trading reviews of sales and stock against Store KPIs to identify any risks and opportunities.
  • Assist the Merchandiser in planning range reviews and preparing historical information.
  • Digital Concessions: review and maintain Digcon forecasting files so we can maximize sales and work around each partner's needs.
  • Assist the Merchandiser to monitor store/DC stocks by line each week and report on opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed ad-hoc analysis when required on specific product/store groups.
  • Liaise with Regional teams on a regular basis to identify stock replenishment opportunities/challenges. Reviewing weekly reports highlighting good and bad performers and stock availability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Production department, through constant interaction to track delivery schedule and communicate any issues to the department, ensuring that the weekly intake forecast is accurate
  • Providing key administrative support to the Merchandising function. Support the merchandising team with data manipulation and report generation in a timely manner.
