Replenishment Manager- Flexible location

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Management of ordering system for Production and Retail team
• Understand and maintain data within our ordering system, which is used to drive the order calculation
• Ensure all replenishment parameters are consistently maintained and reviewed for optimal settings
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to plan and co-ordinate activity
• Working closely with key stakeholders on new product launches, seasonal changes and stock availability, ensuring allocations are processed on time and volumes generated are accurate to support sales
• Management of Epos system for Retail
• Working to continually improve processes and reports
• Ongoing management and coordination of the team
• Create and develop a robust process for dealing with retail and production queries

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence at all levels
• Commercial acumen and ability to keep up with Retail trends and improvements
• Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, with the ability to work around changing business needs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, within challenging deadlines
