THE ROLE

The position of Production Coordinator reports to the Studio Production Manager and is responsible for supporting the day to day running of the AllSaints Photostudio, ecommerce shoots and brand content. The ideal candidate is an incredibly well organised, strategic thinker who is brilliant at multitasking, proactive and brimming with energy and enthusiasm. You will have a good understanding of photography and experience negotiating and dealing with external content providers.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure studio critical path is in line with business objectives
  • Oversee sample management
  • Maintaining shoot schedule and freelance bookings calendar
  • Assisting in the preparation of all photo shoots associated with the Photostudio
  • General administrative function to keep the department organized and to share information

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Previous experience within creative production or an ecommerce studio essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability in budget management and team coordination
  • Experience in talent bookings, rate and usage negotiation
  • Proactive and independent thinking ability with demonstrated desire to learn and grow
  • Strong ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure

ABOUT THE STORE AND TEAM

You’ll be working in our East London Studios based in London’ vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
