Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and customer service? Join our team as a Devices and Customer Service Operator and play a key role in supporting our diagnostic systems and ensuring top-tier service for our customers. Based at our Padova headquarters, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, growth, and the opportunity to support us on our mission to expand the boundaries of human health! 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and organise the installation of diagnostic systems
  • Monitor and verify the work of technical assistance agencies
  • Prepare tailored offers and quotations for customer instruments
  • Accurately input and manage data in ERP and CRM systems

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:

  • Technical and Commercial High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken)

Desirable Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
