In keeping with our aspiration to develop from within, our Premier Therapist Journey is a highly sought after programme which is the natural progression from Senior Therapists. Our therapists who are successful in their Premier Therapist application will be trained in a wide range of highly skilled treatments to hone their craft and will be entrusted to look after our Champneys VIPs.

With our passion for training, comes our dedicated in-house trainers who are there to ensure our Therapists reach their full potential, regardless of their chosen Champneys journey. The trainers are on hand to support our therapists to perfect their skills, from consultations, homecare advice, and looking after themselves as a therapist.

As a Spa Therapist, like us, you will have a passion for wellbeing, and everything you do will be driven by a desire to exceed your guests’ expectations, naturally, you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first-class service and delivering the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments, facials, massages and nail treatments. We like to call it the ‘Family Factor’, ask yourself, if your Grandma, Mum, Brother, or best friend was having a well-earned spa break, how would you look after them?

We require you to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy [or equivalent]
