Maintenance Manager

This pride also extends to our properties whereby the Maintenance Managers within our business are passionate about maintaining the properties to a high standard, ensuring they are consistently safe and are elegant in presentation both inside and out.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• Liaise daily with all departments and deal appropriately with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues which compromise Health & Safety or security.
• Lead and guide your team to work independently and on their own initiative.
• Lead and organise contractors to ensure business continuity.
• Using your experience lead and manager projects
• Previous experience of working with swimming pools, leading a team in maintenance is a requirement.

Hours are 40 hours per week over 5 days, plus call availability.
