Role Objective

The role of the Cloud 9 Concierge is to provide a full and comprehensive concierge service to our Cloud 9 Members to ensure their every need is met in line with the Cloud 9 offering. The Cloud 9 membership is our ultimate spa membership and as such, the members receive a bespoke, and highly efficient service from our concierge. The Cloud 9 concierge is responsible for the entire Cloud 9 offering, from answering emails and booking spa days, to organising exciting monthly events.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure a full, comprehensive and tailored service is provided to all Cloud 9 members.
  • Responsibility for the Cloud 9 concierge phone line, ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner and in line with departmental targets.
  • Have responsibility for the Cloud 9 email account, ensuring all email queries to the Cloud 9 inbox are responded to in an efficient, friendly, and helpful manner, ensuring queries are escalated appropriately to Reservations management when necessary.
  • Responsibility for the entire Cloud 9 membership life cycle, including signing up new members, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and furnishing the members with all relevant information regarding their membership. The concierge is also responsible for responding to prospective members with relevant information when requested.
  • Conduct all administrative tasks associated to the Cloud 9 membership, including but not limited to taking and confirming treatment bookings, providing complementary day passes to Cloud 9 member guests, booking meeting/work spaces, book personal training sessions and communicating special offers to Cloud 9 members.
  • Liaise with the General Manager at each property to arrange and facilitate monthly and quarterly social events at each of our six properties, ensuring all Cloud 9 members have been invited, and communicated with.
