We’re looking for an inspiring Hospitality Trainer to join our award-winning team and help shape the future of our students by delivering exceptional training and qualifications in Hospitality and Catering.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training to prisoner students.
- Develop short courses and host exciting masterclasses.
- Interview and induct new students, supporting them throughout their journey.
- Work closely with our restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless learning experiences.
- Manage a dynamic roll-on/roll-off student schedule with precision and care.
- Maintain compliance with City & Guilds standards.
What We’re Looking For
- TAQA Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience as a trainer, teacher, or lecturer in Hospitality and Catering.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- A collaborative communicator who thrives in a unique environment.

To be the successful candidate, you will have to pass the following requirements:
- Ministry of Justice Enhanced Vetting
- Hold an Enhanced DBS
- The right to work in the UK and provide original documentation/share code as part of the recruitment process.
- Be able to travel to and work inperson in our restaurant Sunday to Thursday
