Customer Service Adviser - Flexible Location

We’re looking for a Customer Service Adviser who will work as part of the team on our helpdesk.  You will provide amazing customer service to external customers and Retail teams in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

Responsibilities will include :

• Being first point of contact for external customer and Retail team queries and support
• Liaisimg with & providing support to the shop, transport and bakery teams, responding to operational queries efficiently and effectively
• Responding to external customer and Retail team enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ownership of external customer queries, feedback, and complaints, escalating when necessary
• Providing accurate and timely MI to the Retail team, ensuring the appropriate level of detail and insight
• Working as part of a strong team to deliver results to variety of customers
• Developing good working relationships with Retail teams and key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have :

• Strong customer-facing telephone and call handling skills and the ability to listen well
• Confident working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop good working relationships with Retail teams and key stakeholders
• Adaptable, with the ability to work around changing business needs
• Future focused with ability to find solutions
• Flexibility to cover shifts from 6.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., Monday to Saturday
