The Opportunity

When the sun sets, and our guests are all tucked up in their rooms, this is where our Hospitality Service Managers that look after our night’s operations take over.

YOU may be the first and last person that our guests will see, first impressions are everything. Our hospitality managers are confident, friendly, and professional. YOU will need to be able to communicate effectively and lead an exceptional team.

As our hospitality manager, you will be responsible for greeting our guests, YOU will be their go-to person if they have any questions or issues. YOU will be responsible for the night operation to run smoothly and be carried out to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience managing a night operation within a busy hotel environment
• Highly motivated and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experienced user of Opera, Delphi, and Microsoft Office (Preferred)
• A positive and engaging demeanor with the ability to drive and motivate teams
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
