The Floor Manager at Open House London is expected to be at the forefront of the food and beverage team. You will be responsible for actively training, developing and mentoring the junior staff in addition to managing your independent duties. With excellent product knowledge, and a hawk eye for detail you will lead each service providing an enjoyable and exceptional experience to all our guests.

As a Floor Manager we need you to be;

  • Minimum of 1 year experience at Floor Manager or Supervisor level
  • People focused who enjoys leading and driving a team
  • Commercial business acumen
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, WSET qualifications would be an advantage
  • Drive and desire to make The Lighterman a success
