As our new Senior Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef and the kitchen team in the creation of progressive and innovative dishes – using your experience and talent to give guests a unique pub dining experience.

You will be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients; in a well-equipped kitchen – within a company that understands the importance of getting food right. We encourage our chefs to explore new cooking techniques whilst providing our guests with a traditional foundation of great pub classics.
