As our new Senior Sous Chef, you will lead our kitchen team in the creation of progressive and innovative dishes – using your experience and talent to give customers a unique pub dining experience.
You will be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients; in a well-equipped kitchen – within a company that understands the importance of getting food right.
You will lead your team expertly through service whilst taking complete control of the food side of the business. We encourage our chefs to implement new cooking techniques whilst providing our customers with a traditional foundation of great pub classics.
