As a Floor Manager we need you to be;
- Experienced - at least a minimum of 1 years experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor level
- People focused - someone who enjoys leading and driving a team
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
- Excellent at communicating at all levels
