Night Prep Chef

An exciting opportunity has arisen with us, and we are currently looking for a committed, very experienced Prep Chef to join us as our Night Prep Chef. Working between the hours of 11pm - 9am. The role is solo working so we are looking for someone with confidence and motivation to excel in this role.

You will be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients; in a well-equipped kitchen – within a company that understands the importance of getting food right.

We encourage our chefs to implement new cooking techniques whilst providing our customers with a traditional foundation of great pub classics.
