Job Title: Factory / Production Operative (Lates Shift)
Location: Carlton-on-Trent, Newark (NG23 6NT) – Conveniently located adjacent to the A1 between Newark and Retford.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Friday 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
JRL Group is looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join our busy, state-of-the-art offsite manufacturing facility in Carlton-on-Trent. Working on our dedicated late shift, you will play a vital role in building the structural components that power major construction projects across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working on a fast-paced production line to assemble heavy-duty floor, wall, and ceiling frames.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools to secure components and maintain high quality control.
- Collaborating with your team to meet daily manufacturing targets safely.
What We Are Looking For:
- A solid background in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing environment.
- A strong, "can-do" work ethic and a commitment to site safety.
