Welfare Cleaner - Construction Site
7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
JRL Group / Midgard ltd are looking for an experienced Welfare Cleaner to work on a construction site in Luton. This position is available to start immediately and we have long term work available.
Please be advised that we would require a CSCS Card or Certificate as the works are on a construction site. We can provide training for CSCS Card for applicants that do not hold a current CSCS Card.
Payment is on a self-employed basis so we would also require a UTR Number for payment.

JOB DUTIES
- Cleaning on a new build construction site. wekfare cleaning of site offices, canteen, toilets.
- 7:30am - 5:30pm (1hr break)
- £120.00 per day paid on a self employed basis
- CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Welfare Cleaner
- Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
