Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Operative Supervisor
• Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances;
• Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines;
• Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements;
• Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently;
• Have the ability to learn new processes.
• Safe and accurate production of lattice planks, wall panels, and balcony units within a precast manufacturing facility;
• Preparing and setting out moulds, installing shutters and formwork components;
• Positioning lattice girders, reinforcement steel, cast in fixings, conduits, sockets, lifting equipment, and other inserts according to specification;
• Applying release agents, checking dimensions and tolerances, carrying out visual inspections;
Requirements:
• Experience within a precast manufacturing facility essential;
• Experienced with the technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes;
• Ability to read manufacture drawings;
• Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
