Since 1996 we have grown from a business specialising in sub and super structures to a multi-million pound
construction group head quartered in North London housing depots in Biggleswade, Elstree, Peterborough and
Nottingham.


We are looking for 2 x Maintenance Administrators to join our team within our busy and fast-paced Plant
Department based in Biggleswade.


This fast paced role will require you to have experience within a similar role and great attention to detail.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Placing orders & dealing with invoice queries
• Dispatching orders to the correct locations
• Checking in deliveries to ensure there are no discrepancies and inputting this onto the system
• Calling in external preferred suppliers for breakdowns across the UK
• Updating contacts lists
• Answer incoming calls and making outbound calls when required
• Greeting visitors & couriers
• General administration duties
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
• Liaising with key suppliers as required to maintain a fully accredited Supply Chain (managers role)
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery & distribute to allocated units
•  Liaise with workshop staff & sites to ensure all products arrive in good condition
• Updating PPE register

Skills & Qualities:

• The ideal candidates will have hire desk, vehicle servicing or procurement experience.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• COINS experience (preferable however training can be provided)
