Since 1996 we have grown from a business specialising in sub and super structures to a multi-million pound construction group head quartered in North London.

We are looking for an Employee Liaison to join our team in Biggleswade.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm with a one hour lunch break.


• Must be computer literate and experienced in all Microsoft office programmes including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to use initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely organised
• Ability to form and maintain professional relationships
• Must be approachable and willing to assist in all plant related matters


• Being the first port of contact for all plant employee queries across two locations
• Keeping employee records including holidays, sickness and late records
• Keeping employee records of timesheets
• Compiling employee contracts and scheduling appropriate reviews and appraisals
• Assisting in the recruitment process, labour sourcing and sending out adverts for job vacancies
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to within the department
• Creating process and procedure charts
• Creating company organograms and keeping these updated
• Organising team bonding and social events
• Looking at and re-organising the office/building lay-out
• Mental health awareness
• Other administration duties as required
