construction group head quartered in North London housing depots in Biggleswade, Elstree, Peterborough and
Nottingham.
We are looking for a repair supervisor to join our Formwork Department based in our Peterborough Yard.
This fast paced role will require you to have experience within a similar role and great attention to detail.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Managing a maintenance team of 17
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of Formwork and Non-Mechanical items
• Manage day to day maintenance operations such as Grinding, Painting and Water jetting
• Achieving workload targets
• Manage a steady workflow and assist with forward planning of work
• Ensure items are repaired to a hirable condition
• Health and Safety Risks Assessments and Safety Checks
• Address training requirements for staff
Skills & Qualities:
• The ideal candidates will have knowledge and on hand experience within a similar role in
building/maintenance
• General product knowledge in Formwork systems such as; Peri, Hunnebeck, Haki, RMD
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Productivity and Work load management
• Ability to manage a team
• Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook Packages
