Spearheading the JRL Group from the outset J Reddington Ltd have been an industry leading groundwork and concrete (RC) frame specialist for over two decades. Building on a proven track record to date, the company is now increasingly being called upon to deliver solutions on larger projects Nationally.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to work on a £20million RC Frame project.

Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure on time delivery within budget forecasted costs.
Ensure all works carried out comply with current H&S and environmental legislation.
Prepare monthly internal performance review reports for Directors taking full responsibility for all operational and commercial elements of the particular contract.
Ensure all client expectations are either met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with the client.
Take ownership of the Bid Proposal, strategy and complaints in order to meet project forecast deliverables and obligations.
Lead timely project reviews with the project team.
Oversee several construction projects
Carry out the role of Temporary Works Coordinator, coordinating temporary works designs and issuing permits
Liaise within internal subsidiaries to ensure projects are completed within programme and budget
Work closely with Recruitment team to manage labour budgets and site personnel
Build strong relationships with internal and external staff
Requirements:

Valid CSCS card & SMSTS, 1st is advantageous.
Construction related degree or Qualified by experience (trade background).
Excellent communicator.
Ability to demonstrate having previously worked on sub & superstructures packages, in particular concrete / RC frame structures & basements.
Man management skills.
