Your Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for leading your section with confidence and precision, ensuring every dish reflects the high standards and personality of our hotel.

You'll be:

  • Taking ownership of your section and delivering exceptional service
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest five-star standards
  • Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative menus
  • Supporting and developing junior members of the brigade
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu ideas and culinary innovation
  • Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Helping create memorable dining experiences for every guest

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, takes genuine pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hotel or restaurant environment
  • A passion for modern food, seasonal produce, and exceptional presentation
  • Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in fast-paced, quality-driven kitchens
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic
  • The confidence to lead your section while remaining eager to learn and grow
  • A desire to build a long-term career within a luxury hospitality environment
