The Opportunity

As one of our  Junior Sous Chefs, you will be part of a dedicated team, who are passionate about delivering excellent food experiences to all our guest that visits this hotel. You will be part of a kitchen that will deliver a variety of fabulous food offerings from the main restaurant, bar, and room service.

Our menu is bursting full of feel-good comfort foods, healthy options, with the combination of modern British and European cuisine, as one of our chefs you will be involved with preparing a variety of dishes with flair, passion, and imagination - including meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, including all marinades and sauces to accompany your dishes.

As a senior member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a pivotal part in the development of your chefs. Delivering culinary best practices and sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be a foodie - that's a given!
  • Will be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
  • Will have experience in delivering quality and volume within a busy kitchen environment
  • The ability to lead, motivate and deliver high standards of service in a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
  • Will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie and will be looking for a new and exciting opportunity
  • Will have an authentic drive to managing periods of change.
