As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you will be part of a dedicated team, who are passionate about delivering excellent food experiences to all our guest that visits this hotel. You will be part of a kitchen that will deliver a variety of fabulous food offerings from the main restaurant, bar, and room service.
Our menu is bursting full of feel-good comfort foods, healthy options, with the combination of modern British and European cuisine, as one of our chefs you will be involved with preparing a variety of dishes with flair, passion, and imagination - including meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, including all marinades and sauces to accompany your dishes.
As a senior member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a pivotal part in the development of your chefs. Delivering culinary best practices and sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.
Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park hotel offers easy access to central London's major attractions, with Great Portland Street and Regent's Park Tube stations just a few minutes away. The hotel is near the A501 and 45 minutes' drive from Heathrow Airport.
