Our Central Support Office based in Gosforth and is the bustling hub of Parkdean Resorts. This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 67 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre.

This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objectives. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.


Customer Relations Executive

• To be responsible and accountable for responding to day to day communication from various sources in line with the departments service levels and processes
• To process customer feedback through the customer feedback system and escalate them to various managers within the business
• To maintain and develop relationships between all accountable managers and their customers and to ensure that any follow actions and deadlines are met
• To offer excellent administration and organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as being able to complete a large volume of work quickly
• To maintain accurate records and statistics
• To report and communicate to key support personnel and management on problems which arise within Customer Relations or within the group, and suggest solutions on how to over-come them
• To have a proactive and flexible attitude towards achieving business targets and be able to work under pressure within a changing environment
• To maintain a friendly and approachable manner and deliver customer service in a positive and professional manner at all times, always leading by example
• To oversee the development of relationships between all accountable Managers and customers, and to ensure that follow up actions and deadlines are met (including primary investigation and collating the necessary information for managers to make informed judgments and negotiations)
• To be accountable for what and how we are communicating our customer complaints procedures and to adapt them to both internal and external customers so that they are clear and understandable.
• You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.

 

Personal Specification

• Experience in a sales or service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
