The Opportunity

Housekeepers are the rock stars of any hotel operation and play pivotal part of our hotels. And as one of our Housekeepers, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining areas within the hotel, including guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms, and cupboards; replenishing guest supplies and always maintaining exceptional service levels.

You as one of our housekeepers, will service hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standard and within the allocated time frame. Be familiar with the agreed cleaning standards and presentation of all categories of rooms within the hotel, report breakages or damages immediately to ensure that repairs are carried out.

Returning all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day and making sure that the storerooms and working areas are always kept clean and tidy.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be a hospitality professional passionate about cleanliness and delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Experience within a hotel ideal but not essential, as full training will be given.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • Authentic energy and a genuine passion for making guests smile.
  • Must be able to manage large workloads.
  • Having confidence in your own ability and exceptional attention to detail
