Own Your Section. Perfect Your Craft. Be Proud of Every Plate.

Great kitchens are built on rhythm, trust and people who care deeply about their craft.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section — bringing skill, creativity and consistency to every service. You’ll play a key role in shaping dishes, supporting your teammates, and delivering food that guests genuinely enjoy and remember.

This is a role for a chef who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You’ll Be Known For

  • Cooking with Skill and Care - You’ll prepare and cook high‑quality dishes with confidence and precision, ensuring every plate reflects great flavour, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Owning Your Section - Your section is your domain. You’ll manage it calmly and efficiently, keeping service smooth and standards high — even when the pace picks up.
  • Leading from the Bench - You’ll guide and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge, building their confidence and helping them grow as chefs.
  • Setting the Standard for Cleanliness - You’ll maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace, leading by example and helping create a safe, professional kitchen environment.
  • Delivering Presentation with Pride - You’ll ensure every dish leaves the kitchen looking as good as it tastes — because you know presentation is part of the experience.
  • Working Safely and Confidently - You’ll follow all health and safety standards, helping protect your team, your guests and the quality of the food you serve.
