An exciting opportunity has arisen for a front office superstar to join this hotel, creating memorable experiences, and maintaining high levels of service at all times.

You will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making guests smile and will receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling all customer check-ins’ or inquiries.

As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are always presentable engaging in positive communication with the team and department, always acting as a professional and delivering consistently exceptional service to all guests.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be a passionate and engaging individual.
  • Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
  • Experienced in hospitality software such as Opera, Brilliant etc would be desirable but full training will be given.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
