The Opportunity

As part of the management team within our Food & Beverage operations at our hotels. Our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/ HSM will be pivotal to the ongoing success within the department and hotel operations. 

You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager, in the continuing delivery of exceptional food experience to all our guests and deputise in their absence.

Responsible for maintaining high standards across the multiple food services, including the main restaurant, Bar & Lounge, and in-room service. All allergen and nutrient information to be correct and up to date.

You will receive regular training from your F&B management team, as our supervisors will be our potential General Managers of the future

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be an adaptable head of department or a senior member of the operations team with strong management experience within a similar sized property.
  • Commercial acumen and a proven track record in improving business metrics.
  • Credibility and personal drive; you will be visible amongst the team.
  • Will be a key ambassador across the hotel, personally promoting the hotel whilst ensuring your team does the same.
  • Exceptional level of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to produce and analyse reports to drive the performance of the hotel.
  • Manage and lead the team through periods of change with an authentic and genuine demeanour.
