The Opportunity

As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll support your section and contribute to the delivery of bold, seasonal dishes that reflect our hotel’s unique personality. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, learning and growing in a fast-paced, high-end environment where quality and innovation are everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards
  • Supporting the Chef de Partie in managing your section
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your work area
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Contributing ideas to menu development and daily specials

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a premium or lifestyle hospitality setting
  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a calm approach under pressure
  • Culinary qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) are a plus
