Under general guidance F&B Supervisors/Assistant Manager and F&B Manager, to carry out daily duties and responsibilities in the F&B Department to Morgans Originals standards.

In this vital position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Food and Beverage Department by assisting multiple outlets in their operations to ensure exceptional experience for our guests. 

You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards that Sanderson is renowned for. Your expertise must help drive service excellence and guest satisfaction across all our outlets.

• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.
• Exceptional physical strength to continuously carry large, heavy, and hot food trays from the kitchen to tables.
• Ability to maintain a fast, urgent walking pace across the dining floor throughout the entire shift.
• Stamina to log significant walking mileage without a drop in performance.
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques to safely handle hot plates and heavy loads without injury.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods of operation.
• Passionate about all aspects of Food & Beverage.
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
• Adherence to the highest standards of personal presentation, reflecting the lifestyle energy and prestige of a 5* London institution.
